Commercial FlooringWe send a written quote within 24 hours of measuring. Carpet and value turns (Class C and D) are usually installed within 3–5 business days of approval. Premium vinyl plank or tile (Class A and B) runs about 1–2 weeks, mostly waiting on special-order material.

Waterproof vinyl plank for living areas, kitchens and baths — it mops clean, handles pets and Florida humidity, and lasts through several tenants. Carpet and pad still make sense in bedrooms of non-pet units and in budget turns because it costs far less per sq ft. We match the floor to the property class so you don't overbuild a budget unit or under-build a premium one.
No. Most property managers give us a lockbox or gate code. Put access details in the notes when you send the turn, and we'll let you know when the unit is done.
