At $8 to $17 per square foot installed, 1,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank runs $8,000–$17,000 all-in. Removing old flooring and stairs are priced separately.
Removal of old flooring is separate: carpet $0.35 per sq ft, vinyl, LVP or laminate $0.75 per sq ft, and tile or hardwood $4 per sq ft. Stairs are $200 per step. Floors that need extra leveling are quoted after we see them, before any work starts.
